About the Role

As a Workday Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective Workday system configurations, ensuring seamless integrations and delivering business process improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technical solutions
  • Designing and configuring Workday systems, including business process configuration, security fundamentals, and report writer
  • Developing processes and standard operating procedures to support system administration
  • Partnering with external vendors to ensure Workday business requirements are met
  • Supporting cyclical processes such as salary reviews, bonus payments, and succession planning
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in Workday proprietary tools, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIB, and Workday Studio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve user problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate users on resolutions
  • A deep understanding of business processes and technology systems
