What the role is about
Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day to day operation;
Assist with menu development with a focus on seasonal produce;
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation ;
Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure a smooth service;
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance internally and with health regulations;
Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers;
Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours;
Who are we looking for
Proven experience in a similar role (essential);
Standout attention to detail and presentation skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate
