**About the Role**
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CIO this role is responsible for the end to end delivery of high quality, reliable, efficient and effective IT services supporting our technology Infrastructure and IT operations.

Based in our Sydney CBD Office, this role will also include travel to our various corporate office locations and our operations in the Gunnedah region of NSW.

**What You'll Do**
- Managing all major external service providers and ensuring adherence to IT service management principles and processes
- Responsible for key areas including, Network, Cloud, Telecommunications, Desktop Services, Voice, Mobility, Storage and Servers, Disaster recovery and alignment to security design
- Managing escalations 24 x 7 and leading major incident management including establishing of war rooms, communication and escalations
- Accountable for managing supplier performance and governance including operational meetings and contract adherence
- Lead and develop a team of IT Infrastructure/Operations Analysts providing high quality support to our business

**What You'll Bring**
- Minimum 10 years' experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations
- Extensive experience in operating, managing and supporting IT infrastructure in a complex environment
- Experience with outsourced IT Services
- Commitment to continuous service improvement.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Extensive in stakeholder management, for both internal & external customers
- Well-developed organisational skills and the capacity to be flexible in balancing priorities to meet/exceed customer needs.
