Now, we're looking for facilitators to help us deliver these programs with clarity, energy, and impact.What this role is really aboutThis isn't traditional L&D.We're looking for curious, confident communicators who can translate AI concepts into lightbulb moments for real teams.
You'll work with our frameworks, pathways and expert team - then take the lead in shaping and delivering sessions that are engaging, practical, and genuinely useful.What you'll doDesign and deliver engaging AI sessions for mid-sized and enterprise clientsTailor learning materials to suit different industries, roles, and AI maturity levelsWork with our AI Explorer to bring tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and others to lifeDevelop learning content and practical resources (e.g. toolkits, exercises, cheat sheets)Share updates, best practices, and real-world use cases to keep content fresh and relevantHelp champion AI adoption across teams - from first exposure to everyday useWhat you'll bringExperience facilitating digital skills, AI adoption, or tech-led change (formal L&D background not required)Confident facilitation style - engaging, inclusive, and outcomes-drivenStrong working knowledge of AI tools (or the willingness to get hands-on quickly)Ability to design sessions that are both strategic and practicalClear communication style - especially when translating technical concepts into real-world benefitsBonus: experience in agile environments, change enablement, or organisational transformationWhat success looks likeTeams walk away from your sessions ready to apply what they've learnedClients see real behaviour change and capability upliftChampions are equipped to lead the next wave of AI adoption internallyYou're helping shape Australia's most respected AI capability team Why Pathfindr?
