At Pathfindr, we help organisations make every employee more productive and reimagine what's possible. Our Accelerators combine hands-on AI training, real-world tools, and expert support and we're looking for a learning specialist to help us deliver them with impact.

Why this role matters

You'll lead learning experiences that turn curiosity into confidence. From senior leaders to frontline teams, you'll help people unlock practical ways to use AI tools in their everyday work. You'll shape how organisations build capability, shift culture, and stay ahead.

What You'll Do

  • Design and facilitate engaging AI trainings, including masterclasses, dynamic assets, and hands-on learning sessions
  • Adapt content to suit industries, roles, and AI maturity levels
  • Guide teams through tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and more
  • Support champions to experiment, share wins, and lead change
  • Create or adapt resources — toolkits, videos, cheat sheets — that reinforce learning
  • Help track outcomes and shape the feedback loop for continuous improvement

What You Bring
  • Experience designing and delivering adult learning or digital upskilling
  • Confident facilitation style - clear, inclusive, and outcome-focused
  • Strong grasp of generative AI tools, or willingness to get hands-on quickly
  • Ability to translate tech concepts into easily understandable content
  • Comfortable working across sectors — government, enterprise, NFPs
  • Bonus: exposure to change management, agile teams, or L&D strategy

What Success Looks Like
  • Participants feel confident, not confused
  • Champions lead AI use in their teams
  • Be able to share the latest updates in a crowded market
