Qualifications & Leadership ExperienceYou hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Care / Education or similar industries.2.
Industry Know-HowYou have extensive experience in Early Childhood Care & Education Services and understand what quality care looks like in action.3.
Strong Regulatory KnowledgeYou are across the details - with a clear understanding of: TheEducation and Care Services National Regulations TheNational Quality Framework (NQF) TheMy Time, Our Place Framework Industry standards, compliance, and best practices4.
Legislative AwarenessYou demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of: Workplace Health & Safetylegislation and practices TheChildren and Young Person's (Care and Protection) Act5.
Tech-Savvy MindsetYou are confident using digital tools, online platforms, and Child Care Management Systems (e.g.Hubworks), helping your service run efficiently.6.
Child Safety FocusYou have completedChild Protection / Child Safe trainingand have a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.Specific RequirementsTo be considered, you will need: Acurrent Working with Children Check (WWCC) Asatisfactory Criminal Record Check Australian work eligibilityReady to Apply?
