**ABOUT THE**
**ROLE***:
**Summary of the role**:

- The Quality Business Partner is responsible for developing, implementing and facilitating best practice systems and processes for quality and safety within Mercy Health Programs. They are required to provide support, guidance and expertise to assist the Program with the monitoring, evaluation and continual improvement of systems and processes across Mercy's four quality domains: safe care, person centred care, integrated care and effective and appropriate care.
- This role is a fixed term part time role located at Mercy Health Albury.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Degree in a Health discipline or equivalent
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Experience in incident and feedback management
- Prior experience in implementing large scale projects across multiple sites
