Job Role

As a Compliance and Vendor Quality Assurance Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring Quality and Food Safety standards are met in our Oceania operations. You will maintain technical relationships with current vendors and Oceania Licensees, provide support to Quality Managers, and collaborate with a global network of quality management colleagues.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage the Quality and Food Safety Certification Program, including Certifying Body relationships and reviews.
  • Coordinate market programs for FSSC, ISO 9001, UTZ, RSPO, Retailer audit requirements.
  • Coordinate Corrective Action Management Programs.
  • Lead the Internal Audit Program and coordinate action plans for corrective actions to drive improvement.
  • Provide functional guidance to units, identify external training providers, and coach units to develop internal audit plans and leverage best practices.
  • Manage vendor approval programs for new and existing vendors, ensuring only approved sites are used in our operations.

What Makes You Successful:

  • University graduate or equivalent (food science/food technology-related studies preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in Quality Management in the Food industry.
  • Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 and FSSC 22.000 highly regarded.
  • Proven track record in delivering results by working with and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and manage risks.
