You will be responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes across all areas of the business to ensure a high standard of quality, care, and safety.
Reporting to the General Manager for Quality and Clinical Excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to influence continuous improvement throughout our national organisation.

**As a Quality Business Partner, you will be responsible for**:

- Management, investigation and reporting of incidents
- Internal audits within nominated timeframes
- Completion of regular comprehensive client file reviews
- Developing action plans for continuous improvement, along with partnering with our internal stakeholders to ensure these are implemented and delivered
- Ensuring regulatory compliance requirements with the ACQS are met and maintained
- Building key relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to achieve operational excellence
- Preparation of internal audit reports and presenting evidence-based findings

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Registered Nurse qualifications and an unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience in aged care in industry, preferably community setting and within a quality or auditing role
- Knowledge of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, DVA, NDIS Aged Care Quality Standards and ACIS
- High level stakeholder management experience with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Qualification in either Quality Management Systems or Lead Auditor - Quality Management Systems is highly desirable
- The right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare can organise this at no cost to you)
