**The Role**:
We are looking for a customer focused superstar to join our Front Office team on a 6 month contract as a Night Auditor, with the potential to extend. This role is key to our Park ensuring that our guests are greeted with smiles and warmth and are provided with the best service.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- High school diploma or equivalent; formal education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in front desk or guest service roles within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations tactfully and diplomatically.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with reservation systems and basic office software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the resort's operational needs.
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and the ability to remain composed during high-stress situations.
- RSA certificate
