**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **"Ingot - Your Home Away from Home" -**Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable during the night shift.
- **"Always Strive for Improvement" -** Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts, processing transactions, and preparing reports.
- **"Our Customer is Our Priority" -** Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset, always aiming to exceed expectations.
- **"Live Local, Reach Global" -**Represent our hotel with pride, catering to both local and international guests with world-class hospitality.

**About You**:

- Experience in Night Audit is essential, with previous experience using OPERA (or similar systems) being an advantage.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and a keen attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently during late-night hours.
- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Flexibility to transition between Night Auditor and GSA shifts as needed. The role will predominantly involve 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts, but we are looking for someone who can also switch to a GSA shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM when required.
- A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
- RSA Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- A valid Australian driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
