**The Great Southern Hotel Perth (GSH-Perth)** is a 4 Star boutique hotel. The hotel is situated in the main cultural and entertainment precinct of Perth, only a short walk from Perth train station, NIB Stadium, Art Gallery of WA, Perth Arena, and the State Theatre. We are currently seeking a well presented individual with a solid background in Front Desk/Night Audit Operations.

**About the role**:
**As our **Night Auditor,** your responsibilities will include**:

- Check-in and Check-out of guests.
- Auditing all daily hotel transactions and daily shift reports.
- Competently taking and processing reservations.
- Ensuring professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure.
- Taking responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
- Dealing with any guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Conducting site and safety walks around the hotel.

- A commitment to outstanding customer service
- The availability to work on a rotating roster
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- A warm and friendly personality
- Confidence to problem solve without supervision.
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently & within a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- First Aid and RSA Certificate (optional)
- Knowledge of Oracle/Micros - Opera PMS Systems would be considered as an advantage
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 365
