**About the Role**:
Your duties during the Night Audit shift will include the check in and check out of hotel guests, maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations when required and assisting with all guest enquiries and directing internal and external phone calls.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever they have contact with the Front Office Department. Creating a sassy and savvy impression as an ambassador for the hotel at all times will be of utmost importance.

**Skills & Experience**:
Your skills and experience will include:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem solving skills
- Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and software packages
- Competent with OPERA Software or similar
- Passionate about a career in hospitality management
- Previous Night Audit experience an advantage
