We're known for our high-quality hampers, exceptional customer service, and ability to deliver even during the busiest seasons. Our business operates year-round but peaks in November and December, when we require additional support.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive **Bookkeeper & All-Round Office Administrator** to manage our weekly bookkeeping and provide versatile administrative support during our peak season. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure financial accuracy, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate day-to-day office operations. This role is perfect for someone looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with the option to increase hours during November and December.

**Bookkeeping (1 Day/Week - Mondays)**
- Process weekly payroll.
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and lodge quarterly BAS statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Calculate and lodge employee superannuation payments.
- Prepare and submit annual WorkCover remuneration declarations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports for management review.

**All-Round Office Administration (Scales Up in late November & December)**
- Respond to customer service inquiries and online reviews.
- Create quotes and invoices for corporate Christmas hamper orders.
- Update and manage spreadsheets and CSV files for order tracking.
- Book couriers and coordinate logistics for large orders.
- Assist with general office tasks, including order fulfillment and coordinating with suppliers.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, superannuation, and BAS preparation (Xero software experience is a plus).
- Understanding of WorkCover obligations and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet management.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and support various aspects of the business.
