Job Title: Part-time Bookkeeper

A reliable and experienced part-time bookkeeper is required to join our team on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing BAS and Tax, general invoicing, liaising with accountants, bank reconciliation, debtor control, and assisting with month-end processes and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and a solid understanding of basic accounting and general ledger principles. Xero experience is essential, while EVOPOS experience is desirable but not necessary.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, superior organization and time management skills, and impeccable attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
  • Xero: 1 year (preferred)
  • Tax & BAS: 2 years (preferred)
