**About the Role**:
JBS Australia is currently recruiting an experienced HRIS Senior Systems Administrator to join the Group People & Culture team in a permanent full-time capacity.

Based at our Northern Operations head office in Riverview (Ipswich) and reporting to the Group Manager - HRIS, this role is primarily responsible for the day to day system administration of our core HR system, SuccessFactors. This includes acting as the business advisor on functional streamlining opportunities, maintaining system documentation and planning for future releases.

Within the HR technology portfolio this role will also maintain security and functionality on other key HR systems: HRX, Xref, Strato and Solv.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Acting as the product owner for SuccessFactors functionality and security requirements
- Maintaining the Configuration Workbook
- Leading workflow reviews and initiating automation opportunities
- Leading functionality release management
- Managing intake, investigation and implementation of business functionality change requests
- Leading testing planning and management as well as training and communications
- Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and vendor relationships
- Product management of security & functionality for HRX, Solv, Xref, Strato
- Managing provider relationships with Xref, Solv, Strato as well as the IT Development team
- Completion of service tickets for systems requests
- Investigating alternate system solutions as required
- Undertaking system roadmap planning
- Leading project management functionality rollouts, including training and change management

**About you**:

- Previous experience working with SuccessFactors and/or as a system administrator of a large-scale HR system (Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.)
- Demonstrated project management experience (PMI, Agile)
- Experience in managing system releases and product management
- Experience in leading projects with knowledge of agile and user stories
- Understanding of Master Data Management
- Advanced analytical skills to quickly gather information, develop recommendations and document outcomes
- Quality documentation skills to develop options papers, work instructions, etc.
- Demonstrated change management experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
