Troocoo have partnered with this highly reputable organisation within the not-for-profit sector here in Brisbane to find a experienced Data Analyst for a 3 month contract role.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for consolidating, analysing, and ensuring the accuracy of workforce data which is across multiple locations currently and being consolidated into the new HRIS system being implemented.

**Position Accountabilities**:
**Data Management and Analysis**
- Consolidate and integrate workforce data from multiple systems into the HRIS platform.
- Cleanse, validate and maintain data integrity through data audits and quality checks.
- Develop and maintain data models, queries and reporting frameworks to facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis.

**Data Governance and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data governance policies.
- Maintain data security and confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive workforce information.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify data integration opportunities and streamline data management processes.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in data analysis and consolidation.
- SQL skills and experience with data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and workforce management concepts is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of data governance principles and data privacy regulations.
