The Opportunity
This is the opportunity to join an international company headquartered in Brisbane and work on a major business transformation program. Multiple BAU and project roles are available. These roles provide payroll and HRIS systems expertise, along with a focus on compliance to Enterprise Award Agreements and legislative requirements.

Each role will have a slightly different focus, however, key themes include the configuration and integration of payroll (Preceda and Dayforce) and HRIS (Oracle HCM) systems.

Duties May Include

  • Configuring HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of payroll.
  • Acting as a facilitator and doer — bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.
  • Analyse current "As-Is" payroll processes and define "To-Be" future-state solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on payroll compliance, interpretation of Enterprise Agreements (EAs), awards, and legislation, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll outcomes.
  • Data migration support between old and new payroll systems.
  • Data analysis and reporting to support payroll and finance operations.

About You
You are an experienced Business Analyst with demonstrated experience working on complex, multi-site Payroll or HRIS implementation projects.

Ideally You Will Have

  • Experience in Preceda and/or Dayforce and proven integration work with Oracle HCM. Alternatively SAP Success Factors or similar experience will be considered.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Agreements, awards, and payroll legislation.
  • Strong BA skillset — requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, and documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
