**LICENSED CONVEYANCER POSITION**

**About us**

We are a general legal practice located in Cabramatta and West Pennant Hills. We are looking for an experienced licensed conveyancer to work part time about 20 - 30 hours per week at our Cabramatta office.

**Your responsibilities**
- Preparing contracts, leases and related documents;
- Reviewing contracts, leases and related documents;
- Preparing letters and advice;
- Communicating with the clients and other parties involved in the transaction;
- Conducting property searches and enquiry;
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing forms and documents;
- Attending to PEXA workspace;
- Preparing and reviewing settlement statement;
- Attending to settlement on PEXA.

Remuneration: $45 per hour plus relevant award entitlements and super contribution.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
