About the Role

In a competitive Real Estate market, Dentons' Real Estate team operates at the industry's forefront, advising on transactions, structuring management of property interests, sales and purchases, and complex leasing. The practice covers commercial property, including retail and office leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and property developments, with a focus on developments and titling and on expediting the development process while managing contractual and commercial risk. Training and development programs support ongoing professional growth.

The role is suited to an experienced conveyancing paralegal or licensed conveyancer with ambition. You will work with an experienced Solicitor, a Managing Associate, and a Partner who supports career development and progression, and you will be exposed to challenging work across industrial, commercial development and residential development and sales.

About You
  • You have seen volume conveyancing and want to do development-related work higher up the chain with ambition.
  • You are professional and understand the need to work collaboratively with a sense of fun and interest in colleagues.
