**Registered Nurse - Part-Time and Casual**

We are looking for people who genuinely care and in return, we will provide you with an environment where you feel supported and appreciated. We currently have a number of unfilled PM/ND shifts available and a handful of AM shifts.

As a RN, your role will be required to:

- Provide quality support to residents with their daily living activities.
- Always work as part of a team to help others and demonstrate a team spirit.
- Complete reporting and documentation based on HQAC policy and procedure.
- Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do.
- Always interact with the consumer and their families in friendly, helpful and positive manner.

Your experience:

- Registered Nurse in Australia or Recognized (AHPRA Registration).
- Previous proven experience as a RN working in Aged Care is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work to required consumer outcomes.
- A current National Police Check is essential.

**Duties**:

- Coordinates professional care practice including assessment, care planning, the delivery of consumer care according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures, and the review/evaluation of the effectiveness of interventions, in partnership with consumers/representatives
- Safe administration of medication including antimicrobial use and the monitoring and reinforcement of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program.
- Plan, allocate and delegate duties to staff according to their experience, competence and scope of practice
- Assist with staff performance management
- Contributes to the efficient and effective management of human, material and fiscal resources according to the budget
- Supervision of Personal Carers to maintain high standards of care.

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week
