Our Elderly Personal & Wellbeing Carers
At Infinite Care, we pride ourselves on providing industry-leading resident care that encourages independence.
Our Personal Carer Workers (PCWs) support elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across various shifts.
We offer training and buddy systems for shifts in physio, 1:1 support, memory support, engagement, wellbeing, and medication management.
Based at Tweed Aged Care Home in Northern Rivers NSW & Gold Coast QLD, you will work closely with nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centric care.

About You
We hire for heart.
Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in aged care and possess:
Excellent safety awareness to prevent falls and injuries
A positive team attitude, strong work ethic, and good time management
A passion for making a difference in elderly care
Effective communication skills with residents and colleagues
Aged Care Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, or current nursing students with placements in aged care
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
We accept the Ausmed Passport, a free digital certificate recognizing mandatory training completion.
Please note, this role involves physical activity such as bending, lifting, and pushing.
