Our Personal Carer Worker (PCWs) are highly interactive supporting our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM and Nightshifts.

Great communication skills to engage with our elderly residents in a calm, patient and highly empathic manner that builds trust, companionship and friendship in a warm style.Aged Care Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is essential.
We do recognise 2nd year ar nursing students with a placement in Aged Care and other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies.Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector.
