Our Elderly Personal & Wellbeing Carers

At Infinite Care, we pride ourselves on providing industry-leading resident care and services that encourage independence, all within a safety-first workplace. Our Personal Carer Workers (PCWs) are highly interactive, supporting residents, families, and colleagues 7 days a week across various shifts. We offer shifts in physio support, 1:1 companionship, memory support, engagement, wellbeing, and medication assistance, with in-house training and buddy systems.

This role at Tweed Aged Care Home | Northern Rivers NSW & Gold Coast QLD involves working closely with nursing, hospitality, and engagement teams to deliver resident-centric care with compassion, supported by skilled senior carers and managers. The attached job description provides specific duties and responsibilities.

About You

We hire for heart. Our ideal candidates are empathetic, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate about making a difference in elderly care. Preferably, you have at least 1 year of aged care experience and can think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professionalism. You should also:

  • Prioritize safety awareness to prevent falls and injuries among residents
  • Display a positive teamwork attitude, excellent time management, and adhere to safety procedures
  • Have a passion for delivering quality care services daily
  • Possess great communication skills to engage warmly and patiently with residents
  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or be a second-year nursing student with aged care placement; related healthcare Cert III courses are also acceptable
  • Have or be willing to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance

Infinite Care accepts the Ausmed Passport, a free digital certificate recognizing completion of core mandatory training topics for the aged care workforce.

Our care roles involve physical activity such as bending, lifting, pushing, and squatting. All candidates must complete an online medical assessment to ensure safety standards.
