The Assistant Manager acts as the key support for the Store Manager in leading their Tribe to exceed sales targets and deliver a high standard of customer service and store presentation. The Assistant Manager is fully responsible for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

**CAN YOU?**
- Provide 2 years experience in the Retail industry in the Fashion, Jewellery or Homewares sectors?
- Step up and be fully accountable for the store in the absence of the Store Manager?
- Lead a Tribe to deliver authentic, high quality customer service?
- Inspire your Tribe and customers to embrace the Tree of Life brand through your own personal style and fashion knowledge?
- Analyse stock effectively to maximise sales?
- Create a positive vibe in store that reflects the Tree of Life ethos?
- Work a Part Time roster that includes working Mondays and Sundays?
- Be available to work during holiday periods and over Christmas?
