Account Manager

**Account Manager - bringing technology to the Victorian Hospitality Industry**

We are looking for an engaging and high-achieving Account Manager to join an established business selling POS technology solutions to the pub, restaurant, and bottle shop sectors primarily within the Victorian hospitality industry.

In this full-time role you will be responsible managing existing customers as well as discovering and pursuing new opportunities across Victoria and Tasmania.

This role is full-time and suited to someone who is highly organised, has strong communication and negotiation skills, and would be ideally suited to someone who wants to take the next step in their career after a stint working in the hospitality industry.

With this role you will proactively visit customer sites on a regular basis to ensure service levels are consistently met and customers are getting the maximum benefit from the solutions we provide. This may include assisting with training and troubleshooting from time to time. Additionally, you will identify and work with prospects who are potential users of our products including providing product demonstrations, quotes, and negotiating sales to close.

**Here is a little window into our company**:H&L POS, part of the Aspire Software group, provides point-of-sale and inventory management solutions to over 2,500 hospitality, food and beverage and retail liquor clients across Australia including large accounts such as ALH, Pacific Hunter, AVC, and Solotel. **What your day will look like**:

**About you**:

- Ability to deliver high level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention
- Be able to grow revenue within your customer base and new opportunities that arise
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people
- Highly motivated and organised, with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow up
- Ideally experience within the hospitality food and beverage industry
- Ability to assist clients to solve business challenges using our tools and those of our partners.
- Prior experience working with our POS system while not essential, would be advantageous
- Outstanding personal grooming and presentation
- Ability to travel within Victoria including regional areas (and Tasmania 6-8 times a year)
- Hold a current Car driver's licence
- Work from our Richmond office or home or when not visiting clients
- Legally authorized to work in Australia
