About the Role
Gaining excellent exposure to the operations of our business and external stakeholders, we have a rewarding role for an experienced agriculture research manager to join our Sustainability R&D team. The Program Manager – Sustainability R&D will develop strategy for, and deliver research, development and adoption activities nationally for the sheep and beef industries. This will involve close consultation with the livestock producers, research providers and innovation landscape to position the Australian industry as a world-leader in this space.
Our ideal Program Manager has:
Extensive experience (greater than 10 years) in R&D program management involving beef cattle and sheep in feedlot and/or grazing systems
Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, business case development and opportunity assessment
Extensive experience and demonstrated achievement in delivering outcomes that benefit the sustainability and profitability of the industry
The successful candidate will be required to hold an appropriate visa/residency status for full time employment in Australia. For more information refer to the position description.

Develop and deliver national R&D strategies and activities for sustainability in the sheep and beef sectors
