Responsibilities
Oracle Utilities CC&B (Customer Care & Billing
) expertise
Oracle Utilities MDM (Meter Data Management
) expertise
Strong functional knowledge of CC&B and MDM
Hands-on CC&B and MDM implementation experience
Understanding of utility industry processes: billing, customer service, payment processing, meter data management
Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and integration technologies
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for clients, teams, and end-users
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills for functional issue resolution
Experience with energy industry workflows/regulations in Australia
