Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Lead
with a strong background in implementing Oracle Utility Applications such as
CC&B, C2M, CCS, and MDM
. The ideal candidate will have played a key role in the
technical design and development
of end-to-end implementations for utilities in the
Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution
sectors (Electric, Gas, and Water).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, configuration, and development of Oracle CC&B, C2M, and CCS solutions.
  • Participate in full lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, technical architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and offshore/onshore teams.
  • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system scalability.
  • Engage in system integration, customization, and data migration activities.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years
    of hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B as a technical designer and developer.
  • Involved in
    at least two (2)
    full lifecycle implementations of
    CC&B, MDM, C2M, or CCS
    .
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Strong experience in Java, Groovy scripting, and Oracle DB tools.
  • Experience in utilities domain-specific business processes and workflows.
