Role : Oracle CC&B Functional Lead / Consultant

  • Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)
  • Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM)
  • In depth Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management) Functional Knowledge
  • Oracle CC&B, MDM Implementation Experience
  • Understanding of the utility industry\'s business processes, such as billing, customer service, and payment processing & Meter data management
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modelling, and integration technologies
