Job Role

We are seeking a skilled consultant to fill the position of Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant. This role requires strong expertise in Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Meter Data Management (MDM) functionalities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing CC&B and MDM solutions, as well as a deep understanding of utility industry processes including billing, customer service, payment processing, and meter data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong functional knowledge of CC&B and MDM
  • Hands-on CC&B and MDM implementation experience
  • Understanding of utility industry processes

Requirements
  • Mid-senior level professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for functional issue resolution
  • Experience with energy industry workflows and regulations in Australia
