Responsibilities
  • Oracle Utilities CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) expertise
  • Oracle Utilities MDM (Meter Data Management) expertise
  • Strong functional knowledge of CC&B and MDM
  • Hands-on CC&B and MDM implementation experience
  • Understanding of utility industry processes: billing, customer service, payment processing, meter data management
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and integration technologies
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for clients, teams, and end-users
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills for functional issue resolution
  • Experience with energy industry workflows/regulations in Australia
