This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with large corporate customers, and taking ownership of the collections process in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Location: CharlotteCompensation: Up to $80k, commensurate with experienceSchedule: Hybrid; flexible start between 7:30am and 9:00amWhat You Would Do:Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customer accounts totaling over $10M in receivables.Collect on past-due invoices via email, phone, and customer billing portals.Review and interpret check remittances, resolve short-pays, and reconcile discrepancies.Investigate outstanding balances and deductions in collaboration with internal teams.Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.Review and release credit holds in accordance with established company policy.Identify patterns and root causes of payment delays and recommend process improvements.What Skills You Need:3+ years of B2B credit and collections experience, supporting major accounts in a high-volume setting.Strong reconciliation skills and experience resolving complex payment discrepancies.Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) and customer billing portals.Comfortable managing large corporate accounts and working cross-functionally.Strong initiative, accountability, and follow-through.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.What's In It For You:Join a growing credit team in a stable and nationally recognized company.Be part of a supportive and empowered team that values ownership and initiative.Flexible work schedule with partial remote options based on performance.Competitive compensation, benefits, and long-term career development potential.Ferretti Search is an award-winning Recruitment Firm specializing in Executive Recruiting and Staffing.
