Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced business collections specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Take ownership of 50% of the firm's debtors ledger, building relationships with clients to collect outstanding debt and maintain a low DSO.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders at a Partnership level, leveraging relationship management skills to drive results.
  • Develop and implement strategic approaches to collections, balancing tenacity with customer focus.

Requirements:

  • Previous legal/professional services experience, with a strong understanding of corporate collections.
  • Recent AR experience from within the professional services sector (legal, accounting or consulting firms).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach.
