**Casual Box Office Attendant**

**Responsibilities**
**Duties**
- **Customer Service**: Provide proactive, warm, and respectful customer service; provide accurate and

efficient ticket sales and service; facilitate box office collection; respond proactively to, and
communicate, issues to the Box Office Coordinator and Ticketing Manager; maintain the highest
standard of personal presentation, including uniform.
- **Administration**:Manage accurate ticket allocations and seating holds; maintain thorough knowledge of

performances and facilities; accurately process ticketing, membership, and gift certificate transactions;
assist with clerical work and database management
- **Facilities**:Maintain box office workspace, including supply of brochures and flyers; undertake box office

opening and closing procedures
**Performance Indicators ** Maintain consistently high customer service levels
- Accurately and efficiently maintain ticketing system and database (Tessitura)
- Maintain excellent punctuality and reliability

**Criteria**
**Essential**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy and numeracy
- Competent reconciliation skills
- Regular availability during weekday and weekend evenings

**Desirable ** Previous experience with box office and/or ticketing platforms
