Job Title: Box Office Supervisor

Job Overview

The Box Office Supervisor plays a pivotal role in our theatre, overseeing the day-to-day management of the box office function and leading the customer-facing team. This full-time position requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team in fast-paced customer-facing environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Rostering and Training: Develop and implement effective rostering and training plans for the box office team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors, including hirers and the public, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Escalation: Act as the first point of escalation for customer issues and support the box office team in resolving these matters efficiently.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and utilise CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office to inform business decisions, driving revenue growth and optimising operations.
  • Box Office Management: Assist with the day-to-day management of the box office function, contributing to delivering a premium patron experience that exceeds expectations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing a diverse team in fast-paced customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to lead by example and manage priorities effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office, enabling the analysis of sales data and informing business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience using Hubspot and Tixly platforms would be highly regarded, demonstrating technical expertise and adaptability.
Working Arrangements:

This position requires flexible scheduling based on production requirements and performance schedules, including evenings and weekends, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment.
