Job Title:

Are you a leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?

The Box Office Supervisor role is an exciting opportunity to take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of our box office, leading a team of customer-facing staff and providing top-notch service to patrons.

  • Develop and implement staffing schedules, train staff, and provide hands-on supervision to ensure seamless operations
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service to all visitors, including hirers and the public, while maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor under pressure
  • Act as the first point of escalation for customer issues and provide support to the box office team to resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Analyze sales data and utilize CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Contribute to a premium patron experience by assisting with the day-to-day management of the box office function, ensuring that every interaction meets our high standards

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing diverse teams in fast-paced customer-facing environments, with a strong ability to motivate and empower staff to achieve their best
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to unify a team, lead by example, and manage priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Previous experience using Hubspot and Tixly platforms is highly regarded, but not essential

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization
