**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Policy and Planning Manager to manage the development and implementation of corruption prevention policy, advice and education.

**About the Role**
- Assist in developing and implementing the fraud and corruption control policy framework and monitor where appropriate
- Contribute to developing and deploying the fraud and corruption control strategy and framework and the fraud and corruption assurance program.
- Contribute and assist in delivering the fraud and corruption prevention education and communications strategy and plan
- Assist in managing the fraud and corruption declaration registers/systems for logging fraud and corruption events, conflicts of interest, gifts and benefits, code of conduct compliance and declarations of private interests
- proactively analyse and evaluate breaches of policy, trends and other performance and risk indicators that may impact policy and prevention and education plans.
- Provide advice to all employees
- Contribute to the team culture and customer assessment of a high performing, expert team that understands the business and its commercial drivers.

**About You**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Previous Government experience desirable
