Limelight People are currently supporting a growing service in the community in their hunt for an experienced service manager.

This is an integral role to an expanding not for profit's Sydney team.

**Essential Criteria**
- Bachelor Degree or entry-level Masters Degree of Social Work with eligibility for membership of the AASW
- Previous experience in carrying a complex caseload in MH.
- Excellent case management and care coordination skills.
- Community Development and program management skills
- Experience of working in a leadership role, contributing to company strategic developments
- Working knowledge within a social prescribing program desired
- Proven leader with experience in managing clinical teams
History of working in a multidisciplinary team and taking a collaborative approach
- Current working with children's check and police check
