**The Role**:
Calling all administration and office management specialists
We're hiring an Office Administrator for our HQ to help with:
- Office management including ordering supplies, managing cleaning schedule, Internet supplier, handyman details, IT Support, managing phone line
- Organising travel for internal employees (flights, accommodation and transportation)
- Set up corporate billing accounts
- On/off boarding staff including asset management for internal office
- Assist with internal purchases (e.g. client gifts, internal gifts, vouchers, ad hoc expenses)
- Notion Hub management (maintaining all function pages are up to date) Maintaining existing office spaces (Melbourne) and supporting working from home setups
- Managing the internal social calendar and internal events (e.g. Birthday & Christmas Party)
- Assisting with and executing merchandise orders for internal employees, Weployees, and clients
- Assisting with events (conferences, off-sites, etc)
- All administrative and ad-hoc tasks
**Requirements**:
- Recent experience managing an office or similar office administration experience (at least 6-12 months)
- Availability to work Mon-Fri 9-5pm (an overtime in busy periods)
- Ability to convert to a permanent contract after 1 month (for this reason only PR or Citizens will be considered)
- Highly organised person with exceptional attention to detail
