Exciting opportunity to provide administration support to a State Government department located in Perth CBD

**Your new company**

Exciting opportunity for an experienced administration officer to join a State Government department to provide procurement and supply chain services. We are looking for a good all-rounder with strong administration skills, to work full time hours, on an initial temporary basis. To start immediately. This department is located in the vibrant Perth CBD.

**Your new role**
- General admin support to support the procurement team
- Capturing and understanding data
- Completing forms and documentation
- Deliver excellence customer service and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Data and records management
- Organise purchase orders and receipts as required
- Provide support in development and implementation of policy and procedures
- Input data into reports

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in administration and/or similar role
- Good communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and data entry
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
