  • Support procurement activities with sourcing, purchasing, and contracts administration tasks
  • Source quotations for goods and services, prepare and review them
  • Set up suppliers, process purchase requisitions according to the Procurement Policy
  • Manage supplier insurance records, ensuring information is up-to-date and compliant
  • Prepare tender documentation, address stakeholder queries, and monitor contract end dates
  • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement Team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Commercial experience, preferably with exposure to contract management or previous procurement experience
  • Understanding of purchasing processes and supplier management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, TechOne or similar
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with task management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
