**About this opportunity**
Dovida Redlands and Logan is on the lookout for a customer focused Client Services Coordinator to join the team based in Birkdale.
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a roster while maintaining and adjusting it daily to meet the evolving needs of our clients and caregivers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication to coordinate with both staff and clients effectively.
This role will be suitable for someone who has worked in a high-volume call role with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**This role will require someone willing to work on a rotating roster with availability to work afterhours 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create, maintain, and adjust the fortnightly roster for caregivers
- Respond to daily changes and fill shifts as required due to last-minute cancellations or changes.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding their schedules, availability, and any adjustments.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches.
- Utilize scheduling software to manage rostering efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery.
**About you**:
- Experience in rostering or scheduling is desired (preferably in healthcare, aged care, or community services).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Exceptional administrative skills with the capability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with caregivers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
