- Take the lead in overseeing a charming property with 32 spacious and comfortable rooms, catering to a variety of guests.
- Collaborate to ensure smooth operations across all areas, providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards.
- Play a pivotal role in training and developing a new team, fostering a culture of excellence and service.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies, guest services, and operational enhancements.
- Manage a small restaurant operating 5 days a week, closed on Sundays and Mondays.
