Job Title: Professional Estate Couple

We are seeking a highly skilled couple to join our team at a prestigious private estate in Melbourne, Victoria.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar capacity within private estates and possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Perform thorough cleaning and organisation tasks throughout the estate
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Handle laundry duties including washing, ironing, and folding
  • Care for delicate surfaces and valuable items with attention to detail
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless operation of household tasks

  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks to upkeep the estate's grounds and facilities
  • Perform repairs on household equipment, appliances, and fixtures
  • Monitor and maintain security systems
  • Manage outdoor areas including gardens, swimming pool, and outdoor structures
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the estate manager

Requirements:

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
