Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year (+ Bonuses)

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced full-time Hotel / Motel Managing Couple (permanent or relief) in Adelaide.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in hotel management and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. Solo managers are encouraged to apply if you believe you are fit for the role.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Reception and front-of-house duties
  2. Maintaining accurate records, reports, and inventory
  3. Overseeing staff, creating rosters, and liaising with external contractors
  4. Utilising maintenance skills to address minor maintenance issues

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a hotel manager
  2. Strong organisational and time management abilities
  3. Proficiency in computer systems and hospitality software
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
