We are seeking an experienced hospitality couple to manage a boutique 20 room island based property. This is a hands on role working across all aspects of the venue and would suit a couple with strong hospitality experience who thrive on keeping busy, have a passion for offering excellent customer service and enjoy one on one liaisons with the guests. You will be well supported by the local owners who will cover your days off and assist with the external administration such as payroll, accounts, stock control etc.

The property, highly rated on trip advisor features stylish rooms, bar, restaurant & Fitness Centre. The restaurant opens for breakfast daily, lunch 4 days per week and dinner on Friday nights only.

**Package**:

- $150,000 combined salary
- Self Contained Accommodation Provided
- Use of Vehicle
- Flights to the Island

**Duties**:
**_(Duties broken down into 2 separate roles)_**

**Position One**:

- General Marketing of the property with the assistance of the owners
- Over See all aspects of housekeeping, ensuring a high standard of room cleans.
- Assist in housekeeping when required particularly on busy turn over days including stripping rooms
- Stock control of Linen and cleaning supplies
- Stock control of souvenir items
- Assist in Bar and Restaurant when required
- Staff Training, mentoring and support
- Liaise with the owners in relation to maintenance issues
- Offer excellence in customer service ensuring guest satisfaction, maintain relations with Group tour operators/ Travel Agents & Repeat Guests
- Other duties as required

**Position Two**:

- Management of the bar & restaurant-Hands on service
- Cooking of a basic breakfast and assisting the chef when required
- Stock ordering and stock control
- Staff Training, mentoring and support
- General handy duties and light maintenance
- Collection of stock orders, planning for freight and supplies
- Assist with marketing of the Food & beverage department and menu planning
- Plan and co-ordinate functions
- Maintain the Public areas / Bar & restaurant
- Offer excellence in customer service
- Other duties as required
- Must have previous experience in hospitality
- Able to offer excellence in customer service
- Have excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working alongside your team
