Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and experienced couple store managers to join our relief management team, supporting day-to-day operations across multiple store locations. This is an opportunity to work side by side, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision.
  • Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies.
  • Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service.
  • Support with staff training initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members.

Requirements
  • Supermarket Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams.
  • Operational Knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls.
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Working Rights: Must prove unrestricted working rights within Australia.
