OverviewExperience Co-Ordinator | Part Time at CBRE Asia Pacific.
12 month contract to support the delivery of ISPT's Property Experience Strategy and the strategic priorities of performance, partnership, and product.
The successful candidate will assist the Associate Director of Experience with curating places that connect, inspire and endure through meaningful event programming and partnerships, including day-to-day support on communications, building app ownership, administration, event logistics, Flex reception and customer support.ResponsibilitiesImplement site-specific communications and campaigns across all channelsAssist with updating contact lists and creating sophisticated email communicationsManage building signage and operational support, including briefing and managing agenciesCoordinate on-site events, activations, and wellbeing programming across multiple sitesManage the building app, EPIC, including updating content, creating event posts, and coordinating building event scheduleSupport wider Flex by ISPT team with front desk presence where neededPerform general administrative tasks, including ordering merchandise and managing customer experience email address queries, invoices, contractor queries and support for national customer experience initiativesAbout You / QualificationsGenuine passion for providing support to people, ability to adapt and engage with a diverse customer baseInterest and/or knowledge in technology, digital innovation, and creative businessesExceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and a creative eyeIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including time management and multi-taskingAptitude with Mailchimp or app platforms highly desirablePrevious customer-facing experience in a high-rise property, hotel, or other hospitality assetStudying or have achieved a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in events, marketing, or communicationsBenefits / Why CBREUncapped opportunities to develop your career within Facilities Management with structured career developmentIndustry-leading parental leave and a team with high market performanceCertified as a Family Inclusive Workplace in AustraliaNetworking groups and programs including BE@CBRE, Women in Property, NextGen, DEI Committees, and moreAdditional InformationWe welcome all applicants and value diversity, equity and inclusion.
