**Your Empowering Contribution**

You will see yourself playing a vital role in increasing our brand recognition, recall and driving sales. Reporting directly to our Merchandise Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

- Provide general support during meeting with suppliers.
- Build relationships and act as a point of contact for both suppliers and internal stakeholders, coordinating appointments, events, and meetings.
- Raise purchase orders, process shipping documents, and invoices and assist with issues or disputes with suppliers.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping dates.
- Work closely with buyers to monitor sales and assist with quality control.
- Assist with managing and implementing strategies for inventory optimisation.
- Prepare reports to provide insights and support decision making.
- Assist with conducting market research to identify trends, pricing and competitor information.

**Your Expertise and Potential**

To shine in this role, you'll need:

- High attention to detail and strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as well as the capacity to prioritize and manage workloads effectively.
- An outgoing and friendly personality with a can-do attitude.
- Common sense, enthusiasm, integrity, and flexibility.
- Keen to learn and be part of training sessions.
- Able to work effectively both individually and in a team environment.
- Willing to learn and develop a career in buying within the retail industry.
